Pastor Bryon Rush

Pastor Bryon Rush retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service and from the Railroad after 16 years. He has been a missionary with InFaith since 2015 where he conducts Bible studies, outreach, and mentorship to the military bases in Southeastern Arizona. He was the Minister of Families and Outreach at First Baptist Church of Benson for three and a half years. He has a diploma of Graduate of Theology: Biblical Studies from Liberty University. He teaches expository, verse by verse, precept upon precept.

He and his wife, Emelda, have four children and fourteen grandchildren.

Deborah Harguess Todd

For seven and a half years, Debbi Todd has been the friendly voice on the phone and the smile that greets you when you visit the office. During this time she has been the church and school secretary/treasurer. She also does the music for the church services and school. She even created and taught the Arizona history class at the school. She is retired from an accounting office, farming, and home care for the elderly. 

Crystal Scheu

Crystal Scheu brings a wealth of experience and expertise to First Baptist. Her professional journey began in 1975 in Southern California, where she worked for Meredith Publishing, gaining valuable experience in advertising and accounting. She also served as an assistant administrator at a convalescent home, and as an accountant at a construction company. In 1994, she relocated to Willcox, where she joined the team at the Willcox Greenhouse when it first opened it's door and her contributions contributed to their success. In August 2021, Crystal became the Willcox Christian School Secretary and assistant to Debbi Todd along with fulfilling the role of church clerk. Presently, Crystal’s responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including bulletin preparation, filing, and attendance management for the church. Beyond her professional commitments, Crystal derives great satisfaction from spending quality time with her family, which includes both her children and grandchildren.
